Dear I cube Teachers, Kareem Sir and Puja Mam,

It has been 4 years now that we are part of the Icube family and I can proudly say that as parents, we are growing along with Icube Montessori. Icube has happened to us by sheer luck where we enrolled Eiraa for playschool in 2015 because it was in the neighborhood and since then Eiraa is a ‘different’ story. We could see an exponential improvement into Eiraa’s behavior, attitude and growth as a kid in Icube. This is the sole reason we decided to continue with Icube as a school though Montessori pattern has not yet been widely accepted by schools as a curriculum in Pune.

In theory, we were aware of the fact that every child has its own pace to learn and grasp new things but we were not sure how conventional schools will practically incorporate it in their teaching techniques. With unique activity based learning in Icube, every child gets equal attention from the teacher. The teaching techniques here also helps to nurture confidence in the child to learn each topic in the right way instead of having a fear to memorize everything!

In Icube, there is an equal importance given to nurture kids with empathy, kindness and social responsibility by mixing kids of  different age group to learn together. We could see this way of teaching transforming Eiraa into a better personality and then there are proud moments for us as parents when friends look at Eiraa and appreciate the way she has developed as a compassionate person.

Year 2020 came with unique challenges during the Pandemic and Icube was really quick to adapt to the new normal with online teaching and ensuring that children are kept attentive with interactive sessions, fun activities and presentations. During this difficult year, parents requests were dealt with an attentive ear and apt changes were made to support parents.

Be it Yoga, Zumba, cultural events or presentations, this online schooling has been a ‘fun & learn’ experience for both children and parents. The teachers at Icube are also progressive wherein they ensure that they are well aware of the latest teaching techniques with continuous learning via training and certifications. Their knowledge about child behavioral changes and learning patterns at different ages has given us an insight on how we can improve as parents too.

Overall, I am happy and satisfied with my decision to consider Icube as a school for Eiraa and it has been an integral part of our parenthood! Hope this growth path continues for Eiraa, Icube and us as parents!

iCUBE MONTESSORI is more of a learning Center than a school. It’s a place driven by passion for guiding young minds in the right direction. When one steps into this environment, one cannot help but get charged up. Good schools with good curriculum is not hard to find these days. But finding the right people who deliver this to the most important people in your life(your kids) is difficult & rare. And I’m so glad I took this decision for my kids(5yr old & 2.5yr old) 3 years ago and I can see the difference. It’s not about knowing everything, it’s not about the rat race, it’s not about the marks & the certificates.

Best place to put your kids for our pre-school. Mr & Mrs Velji has maintained the standard of the school and Montessori principles upheld to the highest standard. Glad to have my kid there.

I feel Montessori method of learning is the best method, because the teaching methods are designed in a playful and amusing way to understand every concept very efficiently. It is based on the fact that every child learns differently. It focuses on individual child and their potential. It seeks to develop the whole child. The best part is the collaborative learning , where the classroom is more like a community , where children learn with and from their peers.

I CUBE always transcends expectations!! The biggest difference and reason being the teacher/school caring about each student in the class.

During the lockdown, I Cube did a LOT, possibly more than our peer schools and we know that because, Zoe was busier than her friends all the time. 😊

The stitching activity has taught Zoe patience and Focus. Built an interest in a subject most unknown to other children

The interactive sessions and involvement of each student in the projects and assignments has created healthy competition and has encouraged Zoe to do better every time.

Zoe has learned to take her work seriously and respect her online classes.

Parent support for school:

It may have seemed a lot for the parents to do at times during the lockdown, however after seeing Zoe grow with great qualities of confidence, love for work and enthusiasm in learning and take responsibility for her work – we wanted to thank the teachers and school for their incredible hard work and love for what they do every single day!

Teachers are always ready to listen about Zoe’s progress or concerns and I love the fact that school/teachers care enough to give us feedback on Zoe’s development or issues she may be facing – That to us is the biggest testimony of the teacher caring about Zoe despite having 20 children in the classroom.

There are rules and they are stringent for online classes – we parents have learned to respect that.

I Cube is such a cool combination of the freedom and liberty of IB, the self-drive of Montessori and the discipline of a traditional school. Thank you for all you do!
