Admission Process

At iCUBE we believe that a personal interaction between parents, the prospective student and the school’s authorized representatives is of far greater value than any conventional admission test. Hence there will be 2 to 3 interactions with the parent during the admission process.

The process is aimed at giving us an insight into the type of education approach and environment you believe would be appropriate for your child to maximize his/her potential, while giving us a glimpse of the child’s strengths, learning needs and potential.

It also gives you, as parents, a first-hand opportunity to obtain an understanding of how our students and faculty engage with each other, our overall offering, curriculum and our education approach.

Setp-1 Submit your enquiry

Submit your enquiry for your child’s admission to us through an email – reachus@icubmontessori.com

The email contents should include:

  1. Name of child
  2. Date of birth
  3. Any previous school attended
  4. Name of the parents
  5. Contact Numbers

The school will respond to this enquiry with the child’s appropriate class as per age and the fee structure

Setp-2 Virtual Interaction

On receipt of your enquiry, the school admin will schedule a Virtual interaction with parents through a zoom call.

This will be informed through an email from the school.

The objective of the virtual interaction is to provide understanding on the Montessori method of education and to answer any specific question the parents may have

Setp-3 School Tour and evaluation

To take the process further, interested parents can write to us at reachus@icubmontessori.com and request for a school tour/visit.

A school member will be present to take you through the physical environment, show the material on display and how the class functions.

There will be an additional step of evaluation in case your child is 4 year and above, to ascertain and align the child to the appropriate level of learning

Setp-4 Admission Forms and fee payment

Once all the 3 steps are completed, parents can procure the admission form and complete the formalities through fee payments.

Parents will receive a confirmation of the admission. Details on joining will thereafter follow.

A soft copy of the School Manual, policies and instructions will be emailed to help parents to gain further knowledge of the day to day working.
