About Montessori School
Montessori is a method of education that is based on self-directed activity, hands-on learning and collaborative play. In Montessori classrooms children make creative choices in their learning, while the classroom and trained teacher offer age-appropriate activities to guide the process. Children work in groups and individually to discover and explore knowledge of the world and to develop their maximum potential.

Role of an adult in a Montessori Environment
In Montessori we believe that a child is an adult at the age of 3 and has to be treated like an adult – with love, reasons and respect. Our teacher community is trained and upgraded on these nuances that make a long lasting impression on the child.
The role of an adult in the environment has multiple aspects. Right from creating and maintaining an enriched environment to engaging children to bring a holistic development of the child.
A Montessori adult will painstaking prepare lesson plans, themes and concepts. Assist the child to practice freedom of choice in a structured environment and explore. Allowing these experience to be build into their life in the classroom and beyond.
“The child builds his inmost self out of the deeply held impressions he receives.”
“If teaching is to be effective with young children, it must assist them to advance on the way to independence.”
